About the role

If you're a Level 2/3 engineer who's outgrown the ticket queue and wants real ownership of complex projects, this is worth a look. You'll join a growing MSP team delivering Azure, Intune, and network infrastructure projects across a diverse client base — working directly with clients, project managers, and internal teams to scope, design, build, and support the solutions that keep their businesses running.

This isn't a break-fix role. It's project-led, client-facing, and gives you real technical ownership from design through to handover.

What you'll actually be doing

Project delivery

  • Lead and implement Azure migrations, hybrid cloud environments, disaster recovery solutions, and infrastructure deployments
  • Design and roll out Microsoft Intune environments — device compliance, app deployment, endpoint security
  • Deliver network infrastructure projects: firewalls, switches, VPNs, WiFi
  • Work directly with clients to turn business requirements into technical solutions

Technical leadership

  • Act as the senior escalation point during project delivery
  • Mentor and support Level 1 and Level 2 technicians
  • Document solutions, configurations, and procedures for internal and client use

Client engagement

  • Get involved in pre-sales technical scoping and solution design
  • Communicate clearly with clients from kickoff through to project close
  • Provide post-project support and handover documentation

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience delivering Microsoft Azure projects — VMs, networking, identity, storage
  • Strong Intune / Endpoint Manager knowledge
  • Solid grasp of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments
  • ISO27001 familiarity is a bonus, not a requirement
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects independently, with strong troubleshooting and documentation skills

Certifications like Azure Administrator/Solutions Architect, Modern Desktop Administrator, Network+ or CCNA are a plus, but a strong track record matters more than a wall of badges.
