Are you a strong Level 2 IT Support Technician ready to take the next step in your career? MPG Recruitment is working with a growing Microsoft-focused MSP in Dublin to find an experienced IT professional to join their team.

What you'll be doing:

• Handling escalated technical issues across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure AD & Intune
• Supporting Windows 10/11 desktop environments and Endpoint Manager
• Managing onboarding/offboarding and user provisioning
• Liaising directly with senior-level managers and stakeholders on client accounts
• Mentoring Level 1 technicians and contributing to migrations & project deployments

What they're looking for:

• Min. 5+ years' experience in IT support, ideally within an MSP environment
• Strong Microsoft 365 & Windows Server knowledge (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
• Hands-on experience with Azure AD, Intune & endpoint management
• Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders, this isn't just a technical role, it's a client-facing one
• Microsoft certifications (Modern Desktop Administrator, Azure, etc.) are a strong bonus
• A genuine desire to grow — this is a business that invests in your development
