Hi everyone, I'm Margaret from MPG Recruitment, and today I want to share why I absolutely love what I do. Recruitment isn't just about filling jobs, it's about connecting people and possibilities.

Finding that perfect match between a company and a candidate might sound simple… but trust me, it's anything but!  Yes, it can be stressful, challenging, and even a little heart-breaking when things don't go as planned.  But when it does come together — when you find that perfect fit, it's like Tinder for recruitment! 

The right candidate meets the right company, and sparks just fly. 

There's honestly no better feeling than helping someone take their next big career step, while helping a company grow with the right person on board. I pour my heart and energy into every search, because every match matters. 

That's why I love recruitment.

Because at the end of the day, it's all about people — and that's what makes it so rewarding.
