IT System Administration/ Cloud Engineer

A growing organisation is hiring an IT System Administrator /Cloud Engineer to join their IT team, based in Dublin South West. You'll support both on-premises and Azure environments, reporting to the Cloud Manager, with real scope to shape and modernise infrastructure as the business scales.

What you'll be doing:

Maintaining on-prem and Azure systems

Researching, designing & implementing new infrastructure

Supporting internal staff and external customers

Monitoring systems for availability, performance & security

Reporting on system health to senior management

What we're looking for:

✅ Windows Server admin (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO)

✅ Some Linux experience (CentOS/Debian, Bash)

✅ Solid networking knowledge (routing, firewalls, VPNs)

✅ Azure experience (VMs, VNETs, Key Vaults, Storage, RBAC)

✅ Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online / Defender

✅ Scripting skills — PowerShell, Python or Azure CLI

✅ Awareness of ISO 27001/22301, NIST CSF a plus

✅ Full working rights in Ireland (essential)

✅ Ability to travel to the office in Dublin South West
